LONDON (Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC Monday said a group of senior executives sold a total of 7.3 million shares between them on Friday.
Chief Risk Officer Juan Colombás and Corporate Development Director Antonio Lorenzo each sold 2.8 million shares at 86.50 pence and 86.80 pence, respectively. The deals are worth about GBP2.4 million each.
Corporate Affairs Director Matt Young sold 1.5 million shares and Director of Operations David Oldfield sold 300,000 shares at 86.95p and 86.87p, respectively.
The stock was trading down 0.8% at 86.30p Monday.
