DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Lloyds Operations Director Cook Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC said Tuesday Operations Director Karin Cook sold shares in a deal worth GBP39,532 last Thursday.

Cook sold 58,135 shares at 68.00 pence each. Shares in Lloyds were 0.2% lower at 66.85 pence on Tuesday.

After the transaction, Cook holds 2.1 million shares in the FTSE 100-listed banking company.
