LONDON (Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC said on Monday that two directors have sold shares in the company on Thursday last week.
Retail Director Vim Maru sold 900,000 shares at a price of 60.12 pence per share, for a total of GBP541,080.
Commercial Banking Director David Oldfield disposed of 930,000 shares for 61.4 pence each, at a total of GBP517,020.
Following these transaction, Maru now holds 4.2 million shares overall, and Oldfield 2.8 million shares.
Shares in the FTSE 100-listed bank closed up 1.2% at 60.71 pence on Monday.
