DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Lloyds Banking Boss, Senior Executive Sell Shares

(Alliance News) - Lloyds Banking Group PLC on Friday said Chief Executive Antonio Horta-Osorio and Antonio Lorenzo, chief executive of Scottish Widows and director of the Insurance & Wealth division, sold shares in Lloyds to comply with the group's shareholding policy requirements.

Horta-Osorio sold 374,554 shares at 56.6 pence each, equating to GBP212,000. Following the sale, he owns 27.9 million shares in Lloyds, worth GBP15.8 million.

Lorenzo sold 2.8 million shares at 57.23 pence each, equating to GBP1.6 million. He now owns 9.3 million shares in the bank, worth GBP5.3 million.

Shares in Lloyds were trading 0.2% lower at 56.73 pence each on Friday afternoon.
