LONDON (Alliance News) - Liontrust Asset Management PLC Friday said Chief Executive John Ions sold 500,000 shares at a price of 230 pence per share in a deal worth about GBP1.2 million Thursday.
Following this transaction, Ions holds 905,180 shares, which represents a 2.0% stake in the firm.
The fund manager also said Chairman Adrian Collins sold 100,000 shares at the same price, and now holds 403,998 shares.
Shares were trading at 217.00p, down 4.8% Friday morning.
