Likewise Group PLC - Birmingham, England-based floor coverings distributor - Non-Executive Director Andrew Simpson sells 9.3 million shares at 15 pence, worth GBP1.4 million, on Monday. Likewise says disposal is "to satisfy institutional investor demand". Simpson now has 10.7 million shares, a 4.3% stake.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Executive Chair Ben Keswick sells 48,700 shares at USD37.11, worth USD1.8 million, on Friday in Singapore. Keswick sold 49,125 shares on Wednesday and Thursday last week.
