LONDON (Alliance News) - Insurer Legal & General Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Nigel Wilson exercised nil-cost options over 943,396 shares under the performance share plan, and sold 443,397 shares at 232.025 pence each to meet the tax and national insurance liability.
The company's shares were up 2.5% at 237.60 pence Thursday.
