LONDON (Alliance News) - Kromek Group PLC Tuesday said Director Lawrence Kinet bought 30,000 shares at a price of 46 pence per share Monday.
Following this transaction, Kinet now holds 30,000 shares, which represents a 0.028% stake in the firm.
The stock was trading at 46.80 pence per share, up 2.9% Tuesday morning.
