LONDON (Alliance News) - Radiation detection technology company Kromek Group PLC said Tuesday a number of its directors have bought shares in the company following its recent 20 pence a share open offer.
Peter Williams, chairman, was allocated 14,814 shares in the open offer and bought a further 35,186 shares in the open market at 22.19p each, bringing his holding to 80,000 shares, a 0.1% stake.
Derek Bulmer, chief financial officer, was allocated 23,934 shares in the open offer, taking his holding to 63,934 shares, a 0.1% stake.
Jerel Whittingham, a non-executive director of the company, bought 4,440 shares in the open market at a price of 21.45p each, bringing his holding to 114,890 shares, a 0.1% stake.
Shares in Kromek closed flat at 21.50p Tuesday.
