LONDON (Alliance News) - Koovs PLC Thursday said Chairman Waheed Alli bought 152,500 shares at a price of 65 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Alli now holds 4.9 million shares, which represents a 20.19% stake in the firm.
Earlier Thursday, the Indian online fashion retailer said it will spend more on marketing this year than anticipated and expects the trend to continue, even as it said it expects sales to have tripled in the year to the end of March. It intends to seek further funding to accelerate the development of the company.
The stock was trading down 45.2% at 65.50p Thursday morning, the worst performer on AIM.
