LONDON (Alliance News) - Knights Group Holdings PLC on Tuesday said Chief Operating Officer Richard King and his wife Sarah King purchased 53,400 shares in total at 259 pence per share on Monday.
Richard King purchased 29,383 shares and his wife bought 24,017 shares with the total deal worth GBP138,306. Following these transactions, Richard King and his closely associated persons now hold 87,832 shares or 0.12% of the professional services firm's voting rights.
In mid-January, Knights announced double-digit growth in revenue in the first half of its current financial year. For the six months to the end of October, Knights reported a 37% increase in revenue to GBP23.9 million from GBP17.5 million posted the year prior.
Then, on Thursday last week, Knights announced the acquisition of law firm BrookStreet des Roches LLP for up to GBP10 million to expand its Oxford office.
Shares in Knights closed up 3.1% at 280.30 pence on Tuesday.
