DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Kier Non-Executive Acquires GBP25,000 In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Kier Group PLC said Monday Yvonne Walker, wife of Non-Executive Director Adam Walker, acquired 2,559 shares at GBP9.71 per share, or at a cost of GBP24,848.

Walker's total shareholding following the purchase of shares by his wife was not disclosed.

The property, residential, construction and services group shares were trading 2.2% lower at 978.74 pence on Monday.
