LONDON (Alliance News) - Kier Group PLC Monday said a group of senior executives were allotted shares in the construction group as part of the company's annual bonus arrangements Monday.
Finance Director Haydn Mursell was allotted 2,693 shares and now holds 21,330 shares.
Chief Operating Officer Stephen Bowcott 2,693 shares and now holds 19,828.
General Counsel Hugh Raven 1,018 shares and now holds 4,641 shares.
The company's shares were trading down 1.2% at 1,625.00 pence Wednesday.
