LONDON (Alliance News) - Kier Group PLC Tuesday said Finance Director Hayden Mursell and two other directors acquired shares at a price of GBP19.14 as part of its All Employee Share Ownership Plan.
Mursell, Chief Operating office Stephen Bowcott and Company Secretary Hugh Raven all acquired six shares each and were allocated three free matching shares each.
Following the transaction, Mursell holds 16,694 shares, Bowcott 18,341 shares and Raven 2,724.
The stock closed at 1,905.00 pence Tuesday, down 24.00 pence or 1.2%.
