LONDON (Alliance News) - Keystone Law Group PLC said Root Capital Fund II Ltd, classified as a close associate of Non-Executive Director Simon Philips, sold 2.1 million shares at a price of 375 pence per share on Friday.
Following this GBP8.0 million transaction, Root now holds 3.2 million shares in Keystone, reflecting a 10.1% stake in the company.
Shares in Keystone Law were down 5.2% at 404.00p on Friday.
