(Alliance News) - Keras Resources PLC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Dave Reeves bought 19.2 million shares in the mineral resource company at 0.4 pence per share.
Reeves purchased the shares on Thursday in a deal worth GBP76,800.
On Friday last week, Keras announced plans to distribute its 33.71% interest in Calidus Resources Ltd to shareholders, with a shareholder vote scheduled for October 14. The 723.8 million Calidus shares were worth around GBP11.0 million based on their Thursday closing price.
Shares in Keras were up 4.7% at 0.44 pence in London on Friday afternoon this week.
