LONDON (Alliance News) - KEFI Minerals PLC Thursday said Managing Director Jeffery Rayner bought around 2.6 million shares over the last three days.
Details are as follows.
1.2 million shares were bought at 0.845 pence each on Wednesday
370,000 shares at 0.84p each on Tuesday
1 million shares at 0.845p each on Monday.
Following this transaction, Rayner now holds 14.6 million shares, which represents 0.84% stake in the firm.
Shares in the gold exploration and development company were down 10.0% at 0.765p Thursday.
