LONDON (Alliance News) - KBC Advanced Technologies PLC Wednesday said that Kestrel Partners LLP, a company of which non-executive director Oliver Scott is a founding partner, acquired 75,000 shares at a price of 89.55 pence per share on Wednesday.
The transaction was made on behalf of Kestrel Opportunities, and as a result Scott now holds a legal interest in a total of almost 7.4 million shares, representing at 12.48% stake in KBC.
Shares in the energy consultancy were up 2.1% Wednesday afternoon, trading at 91.40 pence per share.
