LONDON (Alliance News) - KBC Advanced Technologies PLC Monday said that Kestrel Partners LLP, a company in which Non-Executive Director Oliver Scott holds an interest, acquired 36,000 shares at a price of 84.0 pence per share, on behalf of Kestrel Opportunities, a cell of Guernsey Portfolios PCC Limited on Friday.
It said that on Monday Kestrel Partners acquired an additional 115,353 shares, also on behalf of Kestrel Opportunities and also at a price of 84.0 pence per share.
Following the transactions, Kestrel Opportunities, of which Scott is a founding partner, holds more than 7.3 million shares, representing 12.4% of the issued share capital of KBC, an energy consultancy.
KBC Advanced Technologies shares closed 1.1% higher Monday, at 86.90 pence per share.
