LONDON (Alliance News) - Kazakhmys PLC Tuesday said that Chief Financial Officer, Andrew Southam, purchased 43 partnership shares under the company's share incentive plan, at a price of 291.5 pence per share in September 16.
Southam now has a total beneficial shareholding of 406 shares, representing a less than 0.01% interest in the company.
Kazakhmys shares were up 3% or 7.50 pence, trading at 297.60 pence per share Tuesday afternoon.
