LONDON (Alliance News) - IT services company Kainos Group PLC said Chairman John Lillywhite acquired shares in the company on Wednesday.
Lillywhite bought 66,000 shares in the company for 210.00 pence each, bringing its total shareholding to 500,000 shares, or a 0.4% stake.
Shares in Kainos, which floated in London in July, were up 0.9% to 210.377 pence on Wednesday, well above its 139.00 pence IPO price.
