LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Fund Management PLC Wednesday said that non-executive director Michael Wilson no longer has any interest in the company's shares.
In a statement, Jupiter Fund Management said Wilson had a pecuniary interest in TA Investors. II. L.P., one of the funds advised by private equity firm TA Associates Management L.P.
Earlier Wednesday TA Associates sold its remaining 10.6% stake in Jupiter Fund Management, raising GBP197.2 million gross by placing 48.6 million shares in the company at 406 pence each.
According to Jupiter's website, Wilson was appointed as a non-executive director in 2007, having been nominated by A Investors. II. L.P.
Shares in the company closed 5.2% lower at 406.28 pence per share Wednesday.
