LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Fund Management PLC Tuesday said that the following executive directors and board members each purchased 924 shares via a share incentive plan on May 2, at a price of 389.30 pence per share.
Chief Financial Officer Philip Johnson
Non-Executive Vice Chairman Edward Bonham Carter
Group Chief Executive Officer Maarten Slendebroek
Company Secretary Adrian Creedy
The company also said that Chief Investment Officer John Chatfeild-Roberts purchased 926 shares via a share incentive plan on May 2, at a price of 389.30 pence per share.
Johnson now holds almost 1.4 million shares in the company.
Carter now holds 12.0 million shares, representing a 2.623% shareholding.
Creedy holds a total of 2.5 million shares.
Jupiter Fund Management shares closed 0.1% lower Tuesday at 389.10 pence.
