LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Fund Management PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Edward Bonham Carter and two other directors bought shares at a price of 348.13 pence per share.
Bonham Carter bought nine shares as did Chief Financial Officer Philip Johnson and Chief Operating Officer Adrian Creedy.
Chief Investment Officer John Chatfield-Roberts bought three shares at a price of 348.13 pence per share, following a dividend reinvestment pursuant to the Share Incentive Plan.
Jupiter Fund Management shares were trading at 350.70 pence Tuesday afternoon, down 3.90 pence, or 1.1%.
