LONDON (Alliance News) - Jupiter Fund Management PLC said on Monday its Chief Executive Officer Maarten Slendebroek sold shares in the UK fund management group last Friday.

Slendebroek sold 100,000 shares at a price of 490.00 pence per share, worth GBP490,000.

Jupiter Fund Management shares were down 0.04% at 491.00p each on Monday.

The company did not provide Slendebroek's holding after or before the transaction.
