LONDON (Alliance News) - Judges Scientific PLC Tuesday said that Chief Executive David Cicurel gifted 50,000 shares for nil consideration to his wife, and sold 572 shares to his ISA at 2,070 pence per share.
The company said that Cicurel's wife also sold 572 shares to her ISA at the same price.
Cicurel holds a total of 916,422 shares in the company.
Shares in the company were down 0.1% at 2,068.10 pence before the market close Tuesday.
