LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC Thursday said Thursday that Ivo Coulson, a member of its board of directors, sold 4,200 shares in which he had a non-beneficial interest.
Ivo Coulson sold the shares at 732 pence each on Thursday and now holds 5,000 shares in which he has a beneficial interest and 1,000 in which he has a non-beneficial interest.
JPMorgan Smaller shares Thursday closed at 737 pence, up 10 pence, or 1.4%.
