(Alliance News) - JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Sian Hansen purchased shares in the investment firm.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Hansen acquired 11,826 shares at a price of 84.03 pence each, worth GBP9,938.
Shares in JPMorgan Multi-Asset Trust closed 1.9% lower in London on Tuesday at 84.00p each.
Hansen's total holding following this transaction was not reported.
