DIRECTOR DEALINGS: John Wood Deputy Chair Roy Franklin Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - John Wood Group PLC said Deputy Chairman Roy Franklin bought shares worth GBP33,360 in the energy industry services firm in a transaction on Friday.

Franklin - deputy chair since 2017 - acquired 6,000 shares at 555.996 pence each. Shares in John Wood closed 1.3% higher at 575.40 pence on Friday.

The holding of Franklin after the transaction was not disclosed.
