John Laing Group PLC - London-based infrastructure projects investor - Chief Executive Officer Ben Loomes buys 85,278 shares at 290 pence, worth GBP247,306, on Thursday. Now has 227,888 shares. Earlier Thursday, John Laing said its net asset value fell in the first half of 2020, with its Renewable Energy portfolio suffering amid lower power price forecasts. Net asset value per share as at June 30 was 309p, down 4.9% from 325p a year before and an 8.3% drop from 337p at the end of December. The company declared a 1.88p per share dividend for the interim period, up 2.2% from 1.84p a year before.
