Jet2 PLC - Yeadon, England-based airline and package holiday operator - Executive Chair Philip Meeson sells 2.0 million shares at GBP10.50 and GBP11.14, worth GBP22.0 million, on Thursday and Friday. Additionally, Philip Meeson 2019 Settlement, for which Meeson is a trustee but not a beneficiary, sells 500,000 shares at GBP10.50, worth GBP5.3 million, on Friday. Meeson now has 43.3 million shares, a 20% stake, while the UK resident settlement has 5.0 million, a 2.3% holding.

London Stock Exchange Group PLC - trading and clearing operator and index provider - Chief Executive Officer David Schwimmer buys 5,000 shares at GBP66.80, worth GBP334,000, on Thursday.

Vaalco Energy Inc - Houston, Texas-based oil producer offshore Gabon, West Africa - Non-Executive Director Bradley Radoff sells 160,563 shares at average USD3.79 and USD3.77, worth USD606,504, on Tuesday and Wednesday. Radoff had sold 1.2 million shares worth USD4.8 million last week. He had sold 39,437 shares on Monday this week.
