DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Jersey Oil & Gas Operating Director Buys Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Jersey Oil & Gas PLC on Tuesday said Chief Operating Officer Ronald Lansdell bought shares in exploration company ?focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea in transaction on Monday.

Lansdell purchased 25,000 shares at a price of 189.45 pence per share, worth GBP47,363.

Jersey Oil and Gas shares were up 2.6% at 196.00 pence per share on Tuesday.

Following the transaction, Lansdell had a 4.2% holding, representing 925,000 shares.
