LONDON (Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd Wednesday said a group of executives acquired shares at a price of UDS61.92126 each pursuant to a scrip dividend payment.
Chairman Henry Keswick acquired 179,198 shares
Managing Director Ben Keswick acquired 149,577 shares
Executive Director Simon Keswick acquired 114,014 shares
Percy Weatherall acquired 65,845 shares
Rodney Leech acquired 18,927
Richard Lee acquired 1,825 shares
James Riley acquired 4,128 shares.
Shares in the diversified business company were up 2.4% at 61.42 pence Wednesday.
