LONDON (Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd said on Tuesday that Executive Chair Simon Keswick sold around USD384,240 in stock on Monday.
Keswick sold 6,000 shares at a price of USD64.04 per share.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Keswick now holds following the transaction.
Shares in the Asia-focused business group were untraded at USD62.35 on Tuesday.
