(Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd on Tuesday said a trust associated with Director Percy Weatherall disposed of 50,000 shares at a price of USD63.227 per share.
Imperium Trust Company Ltd, in its capacity as the trustee of a family trust closely associated with Weatherall, sold the USD3.2 million worth of shares on Friday last week.
Shares in Jardine Matheson were untraded at USD63.50 on Tuesday.
