LONDON (Alliance News) - Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd Thursday said Chairman Ben Keswick transferred 11,000 shares at no cost by way of a gift June 6.
Shares in the Asia focused conglomerate were untraded in London. They were last quoted at 59.65 pence Thursday.
