LONDON (Alliance News) - James Latham PLC Wenesday said Chairman Peter Latham and Executive Director Chris Sutton each acquired 1,125 shares at a price of 480 pence per share under the company share plan.
Following this transaction, Latham and Sutton hold 1.1 million and 35,469 shares, respectively.
Shares in the wood distributor were trading 0.5% higher at 482.50 pence Wednesday.
