LONDON (Alliance News) - Paper products company James Cropper PLC on Wednesday said the husband of its finance director sold shares in the company on Tuesday.
Robert Maddock, the husband of Finance Director Isabelle Maddock, sold 1,350 shares at 622.0 pence per share. That leaves Maddock with a beneficial holding of 9,071 shares, or a 0.1% stake in the company.
The shares were sold the same day the company said it would book a one-off charge from damaged caused to its Cumbria factory by Storm Desmond, but said it should return to full production in early January.
James Cropper shares were down 0.2% to 628.75 pence on Wednesday.
