LONDON (Alliance News) - Supermarket chain J Sainsbury PLC Thursday said Food Commercial Director Paul Mills-Hicks exercised options over 14,860 shares and sold 6,999 shares at a price of 250 pence per share on September 26.
Following this transaction, Mills-Hicks holds 22,353 shares.
The stock was trading at 225.70 pence down 3.6%, making it one of the biggest fallers on the FTSE 100 Thursday.
