LONDON (Alliance News) - Irish Continental Group PLC said Friday Finance Director Garry O'Dea sold 25,000 ICG units at EUR30.31 between Monday and Thursday.
ICG units consist of one ordinary share and ten redeemable shares.
Following this transaction O'Dea's interest in the company is less than 0.1%.
Meanwhile, Tony Kelly, marketing director of Irish Ferries, exercised options over 22,500 ICG units at EUR21.32 each, and subsequently sold all of those ICG Units at EUR29.75 each, on Thursday. Following this transaction Kelly also holds a less than 0.1% interest .
Shares in the Irish-based shipping and transport company closed down 0.2% at EUR30.06 Friday.
