(Alliance News) - IQGeo Group PLC on Thursday said Kestrel Partners LLP purchased shares worth GBP28,500 in a transaction on Wednesday.
IQGeo Non-Executive Director Max Royde is a partner of Kestrel and a shareholder in one of Kestrel's clients, Kestrel Opportunities.
The investment management firm bought 50,000 IQGeo shares at a price of GBP0.57 per share.
Shares in the location data software firm closed flat at 57.50 pence each on Thursday in London.
Following the transaction, Kestrel holds 12.3 million shares in IQGeo, representing a 25% stake in the company.
