(Alliance News) - Geospatial software firm IQGEO Group PLC on Wednesday said that investments management company Kestrel Partners LLP, in which Non-Executive Director Max Royde is a partner, bought shares on Monday.
In two different transactions, Kestrel bought 76,504 shares at a price of 53 pence per share and 53,650 shares at the same price, totalling GBP68,981.
Shares in IQGEO were 0.9% lower at 53.00p each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
