(Alliance News) - VietNam Holding Ltd said Craig Martin acquired shares in the investment company in a transaction on Monday.
Martin is chair of Dynam Capital Ltd, the investment manager of VietNam Holding.
Martin purchased 10,000 shares at a price of 186 pence each, totalling GBP18,600.
Vietnam Holding shares were trading flat in London on Monday at 186.00p each.
Martin's resultant holding in the company is 40,000 shares, representing a 0.08% interest.
