(Alliance News) - Investment Co PLC on Wednesday said its Non-Executive Director Ian Dighe purchased 7,400 shares in the investor.
In a transaction on Tuesday, Dighe bought the stock at GBP3.34 each, GBP24,716 altogether.
Shares in the company were trading 1.1% higher at 348.78 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
Dighe's share in the Investment Co following the purchase was not stated.
