DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Investec Exec Director Sells GBP5 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investec PLC said Wednesday that Managing Director Bernard Kantor sold GBP4.96 million worth of shares in the company.

Kantor sold 600,000 shares in the company at ZAR102.14, or GBP6.19, per share on Monday. He further sold 200,000 shares at ZAR103.23 per share on Tuesday.

The director's total shareholding following the transaction was not disclosed.

London listed shares in the asset manager were down 0.3% at 638.40 pence in afternoon trade Wednesday.
