DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Investec Director Sells GBP1.8 Million In Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - Investec PLC said on Thursday that Director Glynn Burger sold 321,866 shares in two transactions over two days, for a total of GBP1.8 million.

Burger first sold 160,933 shares at a price of 571.50 pence on Monday at a total of GBP919,732.

The second transaction was for another 160,933 shares for 571.10p each on Tuesday at a total of GBP919,097.

It has not been disclosed how many shares Burger now holds following this transaction.

Shares in the FTSE 250-listed bank and wealth manager closed up 0.7% at 563.718p on Thursday.
