Intertek Group PLC - London-based assurance, inspection, product testing and certification - Chair Andy Martin buys 7,000 shares at GBP54.49 and GBP54.62, worth GBP381,885, on Monday. Now has 7,474 shares. Martin was promoted to chair at the end of 2020, upon the retirement of David Reid, having joined the Intertek board in 2016. Last week, Intertek Chief Executive Officer Andre Lacroix bought 10,000 shares at GBP53.67, worth GBP536,700.

Centamin PLC - gold miner in Egypt - Non-Executive Chair James Rutherford buys 50,000 shares at GBP1.04, worth GBP51,925, on Tuesday. Now has 250,000 shares. Non-Executive Director Mark Bankes buys 30,000 shares at 104.65p, worth GBP31,395, also on Tuesday. Bankes now has 220,000 shares. On Monday, Centamin said revenue jumped 27% in 2020 to USD828.7 million, a company record, from USD652.3 million in 2019, on higher gold prices. Pretax profit soared 82% to GBP315.0 million from GBP173.0 million.
