LONDON (Alliance News) - InterQuest Group PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Mark Braund had transferred 21,500 shares to his children's Individual Savings Accounts.
His wife transferred 10,750 shares into her ISA, and Braund transferred 21,000 shares into his ISA.
All of the share transfers were at 105 pence last Friday.
Following this transaction Braund's shareholding in the IT recruitment company is 1.4%.
Shares in InterQuest were trading up 1.0% at 106.00 pence Monday afternoon.
