LONDON (Alliance News) - Home credit lender International Personal Finance PLC on Monday said Chief Commercial Officer David Broadbent and his wife sold shares in the company on Friday to part-fund the purchase of a new property.
Broadbent and his wife, Sharon, sold 50,000 shares at 375.00 pence per share, worth GBP187,500. Following the sale, Broadbent's beneficial interest in the company is 207,989 shares, or around 0.1% of the issued share capital.
Shares in IPF were up 0.9% to 379.70p on Monday.
