LONDON (Alliance News) - International Personal Finance PLC said that Antony Hales, senior independent non-executive director, on Monday bought GBP94,964 of shares in the lender.
In a statement, the company said that Hales, who has been on the board since 2007, bought the 25,000 shares at 379.8549 pence each.
The open market purchase gives Hales a total of 75,000 shares, equivalent to a 0.0336% stake in the company.
Earlier on Monday International Personal Finance said that Chief Commercial Officer David Broadbent and his wife, Sharon, sold 50,000 shares to help pay for a residential property. The shares were sold at 375p each on Friday last week, leaving the Broadbents with 207,989 shares.
Shares in International Personal Finance were up 0.1% at 376.90p on Monday shortly after midday.
